Missing Emails

There appears to be a problem with emails going missing sent to this website.

If you send in anything to be put on the site and do not receive an email back to acknowledge receipt of it within 24 hours it is because the email did not arrive.

If this happens please resend and/or call me on 01279 850277 I will then know to expect it.

If it does not arrive I cant add it to the site!

Update #1 Emails are also being delayed by over 48 hours as well now! This is due to the hosting company and beyond my control at present so please call and send email in plenty of time.

Update #2
NEW EMAIL ADDRESS - from now on please send all emails for the website to:  henham@toilesolutions.com  These will come direct to me and without delay by bypassing the current website hosts.

Any emails sent to the old address will still come through BUT will still probably be delayed.  All emails received will be acknowledged, so if you don't receive a reply within 24 hours please resend.
